Amazing staff and cozy atmosphere
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the friendly and helpful staff. The decor had a lovely historic charm, and my room was comfortable with a cozy atmosphere. The On-site dining options were good, with great quality meals. I think the hotel could improve by updating some fixtures for a more polished experience.

Great and lovely position in the wonderful area, close to the Cathedral, all tourist attractions and the shops and many excellent cafes and bakeries. Reasonably priced food in the restaurants such as Food for Thought, located 5 min away.

The hotel was clean and staff were attentive, everything was lovely. The property room was beautifully presented and reasonably priced with tasteful decorations. The location was FAVOURABLE, just next door to a local cafe, the downtown and centrum of city.

Breakfast was plentiful, and good. Corresponded to English Standard. Very well maintained old hotel. It was like a little time travel. Even smokers would be thought of with the smoking area. Simply perfect.

It was in a handy location steps away from Hereford Library. There were a market and a bakery around the hotel. The restaurant was stylish and reasonably priced, for breakfast and dinner.

The room was very pleasant with comfortable beds and a bathroom that had both bath and shower..
It was not easy to adjust the heat in the room.It was close to the air conditioning equipment which was noisy from something like 6 a M.

The location is excellent , and the hotel is full of history and old charm, the breakfast is relly good and we liked the buffet style service .
We found the room was ok and the cleanliness was good but the decor is tired and the facilities a bit dated , the tv was small and ok, but the hot water was not hot at any time and the shower facilty was more like a watering can pressure. It was a shame really but the hotel in my view could do withg updating the room facilities and decor , otherwise a decent hotle full of charm.

The room was satisfactory if a little "faded elegance" in nature. The staff were helpful and the location was good for us as I was singing at theCathedral over the weekend
The building is obviously in need of renovation as many of our party had to change rooms owing to their unsuitability. It has great potential and was obviously a 1st class hotel in its day.The price did not reflect the quality and the breakfast was expensive

A fine historic building set in an ideal location in the city. Parking was convenient and the room had a pleasant outlook.
Lack of comfortable bar with draft ale.

Location to Cathedral and shopping. Car park for guests. Friendly staff.
Mattress was a bit dated and too soft. Water pressure in shower was very low. Tv screen was too small for enjoyable viewing. Breakfast on Sunday morning ended at 10 - was hoping for 10:30 or 11.
